Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) Among the chronic endocrinopathies that most commonly afflict women in the reproductive age range. Hirsutism, acne, irregular menstrual cycles, or obesity are frequent perimenarchal stage presenting symptoms. Granulosa cells (GCs) are crucial for the maturation, fertilization, and subsequent implantation of oocytes.
