Juridical Review of Obstruction of Justice Law Enforcement in Indonesia
Abstract
The purpose of writing to be achieved is to find out how the application of legal sanctions against perpetrators of obstruction of justice in law enforcement is linked to the Criminal Code and what are the obstacles to law enforcement against criminal acts of obstruction of justice in the legal system in Indonesia. Normative law. Therefore the research method includes research specifications, namely analytical descriptive, normative juridical approach methods, through the library research stage, namely researching and studying secondary data obtained through library study data collection techniques, which are then analyzed qualitatively-juridically.
